Can you guess the name of the latest celebrity to be disliked by Elon Musk? It’s Kanye West. Kanye posts recently have annoyed Musk to the level that he banned the rapper’s Twitter account.
What were Kanye Posts All About?
The reason behind Kanye West Twitter handle being banned is not, however, totally clear. But the ban certainly has some connection, if it’s not the main reason, with his posting of an altered image where a swastika was put inside a Star of David.
Kanye, who legally changed his name and became Ye, also posted on Twitter his text conversations with Elon Musk.
The Reason behind Banning West
Elon Musk latest tweet on West stated that the Twitter owner tried his best but couldn’t find another way than banning Kanye as he violated rules repeatedly.
It’s unclear if these two happenings were all that led Musk to get Kanye West suspended from the social media platform the billionaire acquired in October for $44 billion.
The recent Kanye posts, which seemed unpleasing to the Twitter owner and made him decide on “permanent suspension,” were followed by illiberal comments by the rapper.
The comments, in fact, left him losing business deals, but he still was not apologetic for his remarks.
West’s Love for Nazis and Hitler
According to several news reports, Kanye’s fascination with the Nazis and Adolf Hitler broadened the distance between him and his business partners.
After Kanye appeared on the Alex Zones Show and widely praised the Nazis and Hitler, Musk took to Twitter to express his severe displeasure.
Elon Musk’s Reactions
Along with the controversial Kanye posts, it was the video and his appearance of him that made Elon Musk angry. He got somewhat furious about the swastika tweet and said that he could even accept his own shirtless image twitted by the West but can’t tolerate those provocations to violence, being a campaigner of free speech, peace, and democracy.
