The Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin’s Rules

- Toilets must be provided for Rs. 12,000, and they must pay 90–95 days of unskilled labor under MGNREGA in addition to the unit cost.
- The beneficiaries will receive money instantly and deposited straight into their accounts.
- The recipient could apply for a loan of up to 70,000 rupees for the optional residence construction.
- States will receive approval for exceptional projects depending on their unique needs and circumstances.
