Women and minority entrepreneurs may have been facing several barriers in business through the years, but there are some grant programs, including one-time and ongoing ones, to support women and racial minorities in their entrepreneurship.

Women and minorities can take the help of these grants in growing their businesses.

Hello Alice Grants

Hello Alice offers various grant programs for small businesses each season. Many programs are focused on women and minorities. It joined hands with organizations to support businesses owned by minorities and black people.

The Amber Grant

It supports businesses by granting funds, and WomensNet provides $30,000 a month for the programs. A woman or minority entrepreneur can apply online and get to know on the 23rd of every month if selected.

Fast Break for Small Business

This program is funded jointly by LegalZoom, WNBA, NBA, and NBA G League. This initiative offers $3 million in grants and other support to businesses annually, mainly focusing on women and the backward.

Ureeka Powerup Grants

It works in California, New York, and Texas to fund LatinX-owned small companies and provide other support like coaching assistance. Eligible entrepreneurs can get $5,000, but currently, it is closed.

Tory Burch Fellows Program

Tory Burch offers fellowship for women-owned start-ups. It also provides educational resources and mentorship, apart from a $5,000 grant. The next round of applications will begin in 2023.

Cartier Women’s Initiative Award

The program offers monetary awards to women entrepreneurs up to $100,000. The company is going to add more award programs next year.

It runs various funding programs throughout the year with companies and nonprofits. The application process is easy, and once you enter their database, they will notify you whenever a program is ongoing.
