    This reality TV series comes out with its sixth season representing Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minnesota, this year. The series celebrates and shares the stories of black-run businesses and entrepreneurs.

    The idea is to reach the small towns and find a hidden gem amongst them. The series’ winner gets a prize of $500,000 that could help them realize their entrepreneurial dreams.

    4. The Dropout

    The miniseries features Amanda Seyfried as Elizabeth Holmes, the founder of the biotechnology company, Theranos.

    The series comes from the ABC audio Podcast by the same name that discusses what went wrong with Elizabeth Holmes’Holmes’ Theranos. The tale of lies, deceit, and blind ambition haunts the entrepreneurial world and sadly blurs the moral lines.

    The series consists of eight episodes, and the show’s producers are planning for something other than season two.

    5. The Profit                                                           

    Marcus Lemonis cannot have enough; hence he looks for more businesses to acquire. When he finds such businesses, he gives them an offer they cannot refuse. He buys major stakes in businesses he sees potential in his ways.

    Like the Godfather of the business world, he works at the grass root levels of each business. He can go to all lengths to reshuffle to keep the business afloat. They are fired if the company’s president doesn’t reverberate with his plans.

    6. Dirty Money

    The documentary deals with the crimes of greed and passion in the corporate world. The show delves into the world of lies and deceit that seeps very deep into the system.

    Each episode tackles a case and highlights all frauds of some famous cases. The series has released two seasons, each with six hard-hitting and brutal episodes.

    7. Becoming Warren Buffet 

    The documentary is directed by Peter W. Kundhardt, who takes us through the never seen life of the wealthiest man.

    In the documentary, we see the man who reached the heights of riches with his unwavering ethos and grit. It was humbling to see Mr. Buffet do some simplest chores. He firmly believes there is more to one than riches and that nothing in life is permanent.

    8. Empire

    The series ran for six seasons; all are available on Hulu. It is the story of music mogul Luscious Lyon and the troubles that come in paradise due to the enterprise. The series is loosely adapted from Shakespeare’s King Lear.

    In 2020, the series abruptly halted due to the coronavirus pandemic as the production ceased due to Covid-19 protocols. The show’s creators have promised the viewers the end of the show as planned before the pandemic.

    9. Kitchen Nightmare

    The drama cooked a lot of controversies, and lawsuits, yet derived a great deal of audience each season. Kitchen Nightmare is a Gordon Ramsay-led Reality drama where he and his staff spends some time on failing restaurant businesses.

    They assess the damage and bring a contingency plan for the business revival. The series ended in 2014 as the chef began his kitchen journey with another venture.

    10. Superstore

    Created by Justin Spitzer, the sitcom drama is about a superstore in St. Louis, Missouri. The fictional superstore, Cloud 9, and its employees tell tales of everyday challenges and incidents working in a chain store.
