The credit value can be 75% if the New York dependent care credit, determined by the income. If you qualify, you can claim both state and city credits. Note that this credit could be refundable.

    NYC Earned Credit

    This credit is equal to thirty percent of the permitted federal earned income tax credit lessened by the NYC household income credit. Full-year and part-year residents can claim this credit. 

    NYC School Tax Credit
