Jacob Blank, 20, often advises on how to succeed on TikTok (@jacobblank). He was able to increase his wealth via real estate wholesale and became a billionaire by the age of 18.
Years before earning his first million, Blank had also generated a ton of money while attending school. He described in a video how he used to have a lucrative “side hustle” that brought him thousands of dollars. Arizonan Blank posted a video on TikTok with the caption, “The best side hustle!”
How Blank Earned Millions of Dollars?
He described in the video how he would buy used stuff from friends and family members and resell them for a profit. Blank says he geared up and offered eBay and Craigslist to accomplish this. When he ran out of the items he possessed to sell, he contacted his parents and asked if they had anything in the home, they would like to get rid of. They allowed him to retain all the proceeds. First, he auctioned all the old toys that I no longer wanted. Nowadays, when he ran out of goods, he started to form strategic alliances and ramp up this like an actual business.
Help from Blank’s Grandma
He made contact with several people. He got in touch with his grandma’s handyman, who told him a lot of unwanted equipment was in his garage. She informed him that she’d perform a job for him, sell the whole of his possessions, handle all of the work, and dispose of everything he didn’t would like in exchange for a 50/50 cut of the proceeds. She gave him a simple service and assisted him in making money as I continued to do so, and he wanted to do it.
And he has a lot more merchandise now. According to Blank, he even recruited his buddies to join the simple business, which enabled them to generate some side income. He collaborated with pals, sold their used toys, and divided the proceeds. He even expanded this into a business; at age 15, he generated a ton of money.
