Even then, if you do not receive a response to your email, you can figure out the possible reasons. But the delivery report can flummox senders because it only indicates that the mail reached the recipient’s email server. It does not tell if the email found its way to the recipient’s inbox. Use a third-party extension in Gmail
If you are a Gmail user and want to see if someone read your email after you sent it, you must create an account for G Suite. G Suite is Google’s paid business cloud software. Go to the Settings for Gmail and choose Advanced settings. Scroll down to reach the Email Read Receipts section and switch on the feature. It allows sending email read receipts to everyone in the organization and the selected mail addresses. To emulate the feature in the free version of Gmail, you must use an extension. For example, the free version of the Mailtrack extension allows unlimited tracking.
